I hear many people saying ‘I’m on a diet and I can’t eat this or that’. This is the most wrong way to approach the issue of weight loss. Your goal should not be to lose a few pounds, but to improve your eating habits altogether. Changing your everyday diet by putting more healthy choices on your plate and reducing sugar and fast eating choices will help you retain your weight loss and benefit your health. The rule you should never forget is to never ban anything from your eating habits. If you feel like eating some chocolate do it. Just don’t make a daily habit out of it and if so eat one small piece, not the whole chocolate bar.
