Artist Elena Limkina doesn’t keep a diary the traditional way and instead she uses it as a canvas for her precious sketches. Her drawings of animals and architectural designs decorate each and every page of her diaries, which are nothing but magnificent sketchbooks. Lena is mostly a painter, but she likes to occasionally use a dip pen when creating her sketches. She is heavily inspired by Baroque decoration, botanical illustrations and anatomical images and her sketches create a quite romantic aura.
Elena concentrates on printmaking and watercolor illustrations.
She has a deep liking for botanical illustrations, jewelry illustrations and sometimes scientific illustrations.
She pays attention to even the smallest detail and that’s why her sketches look like they are 100% perfect.
Elena had been studying medical engineering when she realized that art was her true passion.
She is a freelance artist and creates illustrations and artworks for brands and magazines.
She also sells many of her artiworks on Behance.
She is available for personal and professional commissions and anybody who is interested can contact her.
If you enjoyed Elena’s work you can help her by following her on Instagram and showing your appreciation to her passion.
