Whatever is going on the inside of your body will eventually show on the surface. For example, we all know that pimples are results of your body not getting the ingredients it needs to operate perfectly. Even your eyes can tell if you are healthy or not. Apparently, the best way to live a healthy life is exercising and a balanced diet. There are various foods that give you the energy and the vitamins your body needs, but you tend to avoid eating. The results of bad health are shown in your appearance. This is when you need to know that you have to do something before it gets worse.
1. Hair loss.
This happens when you lack of vitamin B7. Girl, love your hair and eat food that contain tones of vitamin B7, such as almonds, soybeans and bananas.
Frequent cramping means that you lack calcium, magnesium, and potassium. You are advised to eat more nuts and bananas; and, of course, do not overdo it with excising.
3. Pimples on your face and body.
You can get rid of all these pimples by simply changing your diet.
4. Numbness in your limbs.
It simply means that you lack of vitamins B6, B12 and B9. These vitamins are pretty much responsible for producing healthy blood cells which play a vital role in transporting oxygen to the cells. Stick to eating beans, citrus, seafood and poultry.
5. Bumps on your hands and hips.
Lack of vitamin A, B and fatty acid result to bumps on your skin. I know it’s hard but try decreasing the amount of fat you eat. It will help a lot.
6. Yellow eyes.
Unpresentable yellow eyes are due to lack of vitamin B12. There is a lot of B12 in cow and chicken liver, milk, salmon, tuna and mutton. Keep that in mind.
7. Dental tissue.
People who lack of vitamin D are most likely to suffer from periodontitis. Eat dairy products, brown rice and grapes.
8. Cracked lips.
Girl, your lips give you power. No one want cracked lips okay? Try eating more poultry, fish (salmon), eggs, beans, and nuts, which contain vitamins B2, B3, B12.
Always remember to take good care of your health. After all, it is not that difficult to eat healthy!
