‘Ruby’ Is the First Natural Coloured Chocolate After Nestle Unveiled White Chocolate


Chocolate is undoubtedly amongst the top three favorite desserts of all time and no one can resist to one piece of a delicious chocolate bar. So, it is understandable why the news about this new natural color of chocolate has gone viral and everyone is craving for a small taste of the new product. Pink chocolate is said to be the first natural coloured chocolate after Nestle unveiled white chocolate 80 years ago and it will hit the markets in a few months.

The pink chocolate has been developed by Barry Callebaut, the largest cocoa processor in the world.


The product has been under development for 13 years since it was first announced that it was discovered.


Its taste has been described by the company as ”a tension between berry-fruitiness and luscious smoothnes”.


It is not as sweet as milk chocolate, but its flavor is quite light with no extra flavors or colours added.
