Campers are the unconventional type of tourists, who won’t travel at a country just to see its usual landscapes and sleep at a comfy hotel. They are willing to travel the world and concentrate on the natural elements of each place by sleeping outdoors even in the coldest climate. For me, these are the true travellers, who don’t care about being online all the time and posting a million pictures about their awesome trip. They only care about enjoying themselves and the nature that surrounds them. This is why fear is an unknown word to them.
In this case, these crazy campsites are nothing but fiction and a set-up for the camera.
Isn’t that crazy?
Luisa Jeffery created this project, where she sets her camp at the most absurd places just to take a picture and put it on Instagram.
That’s what creativity is all about folks!
She thought of that when she was on a rafting trip and her friends suggested they took a picture of their tent just for the sake of it.
And why should they not?
She then started realizing how absurd and processed many of the pictures that circulated on Instagram were.
Tell me about it.
Many people have slept in these crazy locations, but Luisa only wants to show how someone can convince you for something they did not actually do.
What’s even the point in lying about something like that?
She says that it’s not about being right or wrong, but calling out cliches and making people have fun.
I couldn’t agree more!
All you have to do is take a picture and post it somewhere on the internet and people will instantly believe you.
That’s how it works.
You can be sure that in this spot nobody has been that crazy to sleep.
In the past, when photography was not as evolved as today, people would verbally say their accomplishment, but if something was too crazy nobody would believe them. Nowadays, we just have to post a picture and everyone believes us no matter if the certain picture is only a creation.
